Both times the triggers were work related stress IMO.
She couldn't afford to ditch the job - so I was the emotional makeweight that got tossed overboard to 'lighten the load'. Don't think there was anything that relevant about the month I was dumped per se.

Mine was more cyclic, like fall and spring... .I believe the event that's looming within those Month's are triggers for them; like the onset of a birthday, anniversary, holiday... .
her birthday was in October and I was damned, couldn't do anything right for her, the cake the present, the party planned... etc... .thus triggering the holidays that followed ... .I was doomed to fail.
