Love the idea of a daily miracle too

Sometimes I read these updates about breakthroughs or TLCs (
tiny little changes).
I really struggle with setbacks, so my 2016 resolution includes managing my own emotions more evenly when setbacks happen. Or, when it feels like nothing is getting better and no amount of therapy seems to be helping. I can get into all-or-nothing thinking and start to catastrophize about whether my son will be able to function on his own.
