my partner has BPD

Hi  I'm 21 a my partner was recently diagnosed with BPD, it find it hard to understand him a lot of the time with him been so up and down all the time, our relationship has for sure been a rollercoaster, I've read books he's given me and stuff his cpn work has given him on BPD but I still don't feel like I know how to deal with the way he is, I just want to be able to cope better as I have a little boy and I'm 7 months pregnant. Thanks.

.   We are glad to have you on board.   There is a lot to learn about the diagnosis of BPD.   It takes a while to get educated and to learn how to deal with things.
