Beware of Junk Psychology... Just because it's on the Internet doesn't mean it's true. Not all blogs and online "life coaches" are reliable, accurate, or healthy for you. Remember, there is no oversight, no competency testing, no registration, and no accountability for many sites - it is up to you to qualify the resource. It's been almost two weeks since I broke up with my exBPDgf. I work with her, and she's giving me the silent treatment. Since the break up, she's posting lots of relationship based quotes. Most are depicting a woman who's been wronged. I've also noticed that a lot of these quotes and likes are sent to a custom list ... .ie. me. I'm beginning to realize, that most of it is to invoke in me feelings of guilt, fear, anger, and most importantly doubt.

I know the solution is to stay off Facebook, and I will try to, but I'm beginning to be worried that she's beginning to sound vindictive. I would have hoped that she would have moved on by now,and I'm worried that she will begin to smear me at work.

There is an option in Facebook that allows you to hide posts from specific users. You won't see her status updates in your news feed anymore.

It's a way she uses to communicate with you. Whenever mine blocked me from Facebook after we recycled I could see that she posted many pics like the one you have described during the breakup.

====After only 2 weeks?  That's a very short time. Even for a non BPD, and BPDs can hold on for a lot longer, or go back and forth for a lot longer
