Where do y'all go for real live person support groups? Not much I can find here except al anon. I think my major issue is severe co dependency or I am the worlds best source of hope that just never ends... .Ok I'm still living in denial but I back and forth. I keep thinking if I could go to some large metro area where they treat borderline folks maybe they have family support group, closest to me is Houston, have few divorced friends, but my life and marriage can't even compare , so they are not much help. My t has seen some borderlines in past but not sure she grasps it, but does say i am /have been a battered man... Try to find books on that... None

Cootkilla - you can try Co-Dependents Anonymous for a support group.
www.coda.org
There are books out there that might help you:
The Emotionally Abusive Relationship: How to Stop Being Abused and How to Stop Abusing by Beverly Engel
The Verbally Abusive Relationship, Expanded Third Edition by Patricia Evans

I live in denial too even after she left me for a replacement. I live in denial too even after she filed a restriction order against me ( restriction order was denied by Female judge).
I go to SLAA meetings.

Have you tried al-anon meetings? I'm an AA person myself and I'm going to be starting some al-anon myself as it is totally geared towards codependency type issues.
I did try some CODA meetings as well but it's not a big fellowship and the recovery in the particular meeting I went to wasn't that great.
So probably either of those are worth checking out for sure... .

This is a good idea to try AA meetings. I 'm more as emotional alcoholic.

Cootkilla hi
You can check with your local NAMI organization and they should have some suggestions.
