Before you can make things better, you have to stop making them worse... Have you considered that being critical, judgmental, or invalidating toward the other parent, no matter what she or he just did will only make matters worse? Someone has to be do something. This means finding the motivation to stop making things worse, learning how to interrupt your own negative responses, body language, facial expressions, voice tone, and learning how to inhibit your urges to do things that you later realize are contributing to the tensions.

Ok, I thought I was doing so well and moving forward, and lately nothing is working, getting more and more agrivated and frustrated and losing ground.

I realize this morning I ran out of my antidepressant and DUH! I wonder why I'm feeling so bad.

My advice? Don't set yourself back because of everything that's going on around us.

I've been overwhelmed lately and this hurts. Still having trouble accepting my exBPDgf and her behaviour, why? I do not know.

Lot on my plate at the moment and being with my son reminds me of his mother, need to deal with this before he's 18. I'm looking for the best councing therapist I can find.

Dad to my wolf pack

This may seem like FOGing, but many people in real life have told me this: "you're the best chance your kids have to turn out ok."

Consider that, and do what you need to do to take care of yourself in order to be a strong father.
