That is some serious push-pull you are experiencing right now. I understand how confusing it all is and it leaves you wondering just what the heck is going on.
Right now try to think of what you need for your own emotional health. A good place to start is by reading and learning about BPD. There are many excellent articles and workshops on this site that you can use. If your relationship is to move forward again, if that is even an option right now, a good place to start is by learning about
validation and setting
boundaries.
Please feel comfortable sharing your story and asking questions. It helps to make sense of the madness when you write it all down.
