During the storm that was my moving out,,, let's just say that I needed help and it wasn't pretty (the breakup - moving out scene).

I forgot some of my things there. I would like them back  They are not very valuable but nevertheless I would like to have them.

I was in her neighbourhood this weekend but I kept my distance and no contact.

I also found some of the stuff that SHOULD HAVE BEEN F&&&&& IMPORTANT TO HER HEALTH AND I PULLED MANY STRINGS SO SHE GETS PREMIUM TREATMENT AND PREMIUM MEDS (body health related - not head), I just found them a few minutes ago while repacking my things.

I want her to have them but I don't feel like braking no contact with her.

What should I do? Parcels cant be send anonymously. Should I send it from another country so that I can cover my tracks?

Should I write her a last letter telling her it's all her and all in her head and I was just the messed up wannabe hero who is now knee deep in the dead?

(Naturally she attempted to contact me. Many times. In different ways. Also wrote huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge emails that sane people cant - I'm talking about 15 minutes just to read them).

If I were you I would throw the stuff away and forget about getting your things back. Mine kept a 800 dollar phone i let her use while we were together and never gave it back. Always said she would but never did for some reason. Trust me i tried my hardest to get that phone back as i needed the money, even threatened police and court but she never budged. Eventually she got a new phone and im guessing she threw mine away.

oh dont worry, she owes me a $hi7 ton of money, too, that i am sure she will never give back and i wrote it off; i would just like some closure over these things and move on.

I would take the advice of SoMadSoSad. Fire her things out and stay clear of her. I've tried logic on my ex, looked for answers, solutions even closure on issues but all I got and you will probably get as well is emotionally hurtful answers that lead to more pain, more unanswered questions and even less closure. Keep up the nc, the good healing will follow, with work of course. It's like quiting an addiction, first thing we must do before we can get better is stop using the drug of choice. In our case it's the NPD/BPD. Healing is like working 12 steps, it's a daily on going process or we get stuck.
