Hi All it seems i have CPTSD and co dependency 

and i am divorcing a BPD wife

and i have a co dependent mother and daughter

OMFG but i will succeed and i will break the cycle with my family  Doing the right thing (click to insert in post)

CPTSD really fits a lot of us and i urge others to look at it.

Yes, I have looked into this also, and a lot of the criteria fit me.

In my case I think I may have acquired it from experiences before meeting my to-be wife, when growing up (school bullying etc). Being with a BPD has probably aggravated it though.

I've been in a lot of therapy and have overcome some of the anger, but have yet to touch the core of the problem it feels like.

Have you looked into any treatment options for CPTSD?

hi i have the main book on chapter two, i am exploring this in coda as well

at the exploration stage at the moment will book another session with T

i am seeing GP in a week will discuss it with her  Doing the right thing (click to insert in post)
