Hi all,

I came across this online and I'm halfway through the Kindle version.

https://www.amazon.com/Beyond-Borderline-Recovery-Personality-Disorder/dp/1626252343

Very moving, insightful and inspiring. Well worth reading

Thanks reforming. My daughter will relate and welcome the writers recovering journeys.  She blogs her progress from time to time.  Doing the right thing (click to insert in post) It's good to write and share with all. Idea

Thanks - want to read as soon as I can.
I wonder - I read so many stories of abandonment - is there anything family members can do to help a person with BPD recover?
