Hi soother,

Welcome

I'd like to welcome you to bpdfamily, I'm sorry that you,re going through this. I can see how hopeless that would feel if we're hanging in there and things keep getting worse. You of may of tried traditional counselling to no avail. It helps to learn as much as you can about BPD, you'll quickly see the benefits and become proficient over time. It helps to talk to people that can relate with you. You'll find the lessons to the right side of the board.

Tools to Reduce Conflict with a person suffering from BPD (3 minute instructional video)

Validation - Encouraging Peace in a BPD Family (52 minute video)

She's been diagnosed for three years, has she been doing therapy in those three years? Are you seeing a T? How's your support system in real life with friends and family?
