I am feeling so stressed out. Our money for therapy is running out and it is the only hopeful thing in our lives. Our other children are stressed and damaged by our BPD daughter's behaviour. I have no energy left for anything but her. My business is failing. We have a child heading to university in the fall and we can't help him because we're spending every extra cent on her care. And I know it's not her fault so then feel guilty for resenting the expense. And then she craps all over me, every single day, and demands more, and I just can't deal with it.

Yes, I know I need to take care of myself. But I feel like there is no escape/no money/no time.

Thanks for listening.

Our objective is to better understand the struggles our child faces and to learn the skills to improve our relationship and provide a supportive environment and also improve on our own emotional responses, attitudes and effectiveness as a family leaders

I feel your pain, I'm right there with you. I find that dealing with one thing at a time helps... .i try not to get so caught up in what might be in the future.  hugs!
