I used to every now and then, but I have finally accepted that its not in my control and I'll be there for my BPD kid when she reaches out.  Our relationship is pretty good these days but we only talk maybe once a month (or when she's in trouble).

My udd is a very lonely and solitary person who has no friends and is not close to any family members so I do wonder if she misses the long chats and catch- ups we used to have before she was swallowed up and fell into this up this bpd rabbit hole.
