Great that you are feeling less alone after reading some posts here. Dealing with a BPD family-member can be quite difficult and really an isolating experience.

Your profile says that the person in your life is a parent. Could you tell us a bit more about your situation and what you are dealing with? Do you believe your parent has BPD and if you do, what are the biggest challenges you are facing with your parent?

Do you perhaps have any specific questions you would like to ask the community or certain issues you would like to discuss? We have many members here who can offer you support and advice.
