My wife has been irrational and erratic for a while, been worse since we had kids. I recently started going to therapy to deal with the stress that I have (alot caused by her behavior) and the therapist believes my wife has BPD. My wife refuses to get any kind of treatment or talk to anyone and I am just trying to figure out where to go from here.

Hi Topstoh

I'm pretty new here too, so also pouring through the posts.  I'm glad you are seeing a T yourself - also glad you found this site.  You'll find it somewhat comforting to know you're not alone, you're not losing your mind,  when you see that the words and actions of your person sound just like all our person's words and actions.

I'm sure some of the regulars will find your post and point you in the direction of lots of resources.  Read through some of the lessons linked on the side there... .  I'm finding much comfort in just learning about BPD and gaining tools to keep my sanity.  I wish you the best on your journey.
