Adult son with no traits and alcohol/ drug issues

I have an Adult son that has no traits and abuses alcohol and drugs.  He has medicaid and has gotten to where he can't keep a job because to put it concisely he is overly sensitive.  We have put him thru 2 into addiction rehab and he is now living in a sober living house.  I just found the walking on eggshells book and workbook and this has been very helpful.  I had never heard of BPD before.  He lives in the middle of nowhere.  - 2.5 to 3 hours from dialectical therapy services.  He needs counseling.  If he doesn't get it I will just have to detach, let go.  I don't know what else to do.  :)o any therapists do online or phone counseling.  I will pay what I can.

Our objective is to better understand the struggles our child faces and to learn the skills to improve our relationship and provide a supportive environment and also improve on our own emotional responses, attitudes and effectiveness as a family leaders
