Hi love to learn more about how to live healthily with my wife who has just been suggested may have BPD by our  councillor. Like to improve quality of our time together. Married for 35 years lovely three children living away from home.

Hi bugs6

How has life been for the past 35 years in your marriage?  Looking back,do you think she's always had BPD, or is it recent?  Has she accepted the fact that she may have BPD?  For starters, the Lessons on the right are really helpful for day to day interactions and for your own sanity.  Have a look through them when you have the time (I am going through them again, having relapsed, so to speak, after a few years off here).

Although I don't know you and your story, can I just say that being married for 35 years is pretty incredible?  And I'm sure you're doing a much, much better job than I am already!

HI bugs6,

Welcome Congratulations on 35 years! Welcome to the board. Can you tell us a little more about what has been going on in your relationship?
