Hi, my daughter who is now 16 was in and out of hospitals for years. The said she has boarderline and bipolar with anxiety and depression. Recently I went through a divorce and during that time. I had my daughter with me, her father had a restraining order against him which was up a few months before the divorce. Well ten days after the divorce my daughter called him and the police showed up to do a wellness check on her. He told her she didnt need to listen to me. An abulance took her to the hospital when I got there no one would talk to me. She told them I physically and emotionally abused her and her father played into it. He filed a false restraining order when he found out she would be released to me and 30 days later when we had court he represented himself. The judge asked my daughter questions you would ask someone with a head trauma or who had psychosis and allowed her to read from a sheet of paper that my ex typed for her. I lost custody of my daughter and can’t see her for two years. All during the divorce he did t pay any support and was upset he had to pay child support. Now he has cut down on my daughters sessions, she goes to a different school and she won’t talk to her sisters (who asked her why she lied) or anyone else she did. I am having a hard time coping, my ex was abusive in so many ways and now I can’t see my daughter who I did so much for until Sept 11,2019. Becasue of how hard this hit me I am on administrative leave, I am now homeless and just wonder if it will ever get better. My ex is a master at manipulation and triangulation. I am just deveststed why she hates me so much.

Hi MomofHH
Welcome to our community. Here is a big hug from me it's no surprise you are heart broken, devastated after what you've been through. I'm so sorry. Is there any form of appeal you can make?
You say you are homeless, do you and your girls have a safe place to stay. Do you have family or friends for support?
We are here for you.
