I just finished reading 'Stop walking on eggshells' and I have tears of relief.  I felt like someone interviewed me for this book, and I'm so grateful my therapist recommended it, in fact, I just ordered the workbook.

Our objective is to better understand the struggles our child faces and to learn the skills to improve our relationship and provide a supportive environment and also improve on our own emotional responses, attitudes and effectiveness as a family leaders

Hi Mauro and welcome to the board!  You have come to the right place!  That is excellent that you have read "Stop Walking on Eggshells" - most of us here can relate to those tears of relief when you realize that you are not alone in your experiences... .  And I can assure you, Mauro, that now that you have found the BPD family, you will have much support, empathy and nonjudgemental listening and sharing. 

Please keep posting as well as reading the many great resources available to us on this site.  The lessons to the right  are a good place to start.
