Where do I go from here?

I'm at my wits end.  Every time I think it might get better,  a new basis for an argument is created, against me. My uBPDw is having more and more stress behavior spirals that turn into attacks. I can't predict or respond to them appropriately anymore.

Can you tell us more about what's happening? I hear that you are at your wit's end. It is so hard to get one's hopes up only to have them dashed again and again. Is there some reason your partner is more out of control lately?
