I would really rather lurk for a while

But I don't see an option to not post an introduction before looking. I  keep getting the rug ripped out from under me. I've already lost so much and splitting up feels impossible for the foreseeable future. I'm reading Stop Walking on Eggshells and just read about this board.
I'm married 27 years. My husband was once diagnosed with BPD but I didn't understand what that meant until picking up this book when I was ready to leave or die trying. But 2 1/2 years ago my son died. My mother 4 months later and I couldn't breathe let alone leave.  I have begun to put myself back together but my husband only pretends to. Half the time I feel secure and loved. Supported by him and half the time I feel trapped in his death grip.
