I'm looking for the DO'S and DON'TS maybe there some help out there. I have gotten some books and reading them .

I would like to join Huat in welcoming you to the board.

I would definitely recommend this as a DO - remember to take care of yourself, it is so easy to neglect our own needs.

As for a DON'T - try not to take things personally, remember that BPD is an illness.
