Feeling like I've been punched all over

Hello,

I had to leave my ex in the middle of the night out of fear of what he may do. I feel like a broken puppet.
He was diagnosed with BPD and I have PTSD from the trauma.

I stumbled on this site and the forums helped me greatly. Just saying hello and I am welcome any feedback and suggestions.

    So sorry you are in a position to need this type of support but so glad that you found us. 
    Can you give more details about your situation?  While a lot of our stories sound very similar, it's generally easy to provide support when we have more information about what you are facing and what you are needing most.

Im sorry that you had to leave under such circumstances. Are you staying with family and friends? Does your ex know where to reach you?
