I have written on and off about my sister with BPD and NPD traits.  I have honestly tried to have a relationship with her.  She is much older and we really have little in common.  I have tried, as I have gotten older to keep in touch.  We made rules about how we would handle things if either one of us were upset with the other.  We would say "I need a time out"... .I will call in a few days.  I am a rule follower.  I recently did this with her.  It prompted a barrage of texts (which I am proud to say) I did not read them all.  I did read the last one which said "you are now blocked"... .Once again when I am upset she says her thing but I am not allowed to respond.  She will not read or listen so I don't try.  She posts regularly on a conduct disorder website and once again I have NOT read what she wrote about me.  She makes things up or lies... .rewrites history making herself the victim.  Either way she writes nasty stuff about me and I did go on the website, saw many threads about me but did not read!  I am proud of myself and I must say, life is much more peaceful without BPD sis.  My cousin and brother totally understand.  They have nothing to do with her by choice.  I have been the scapegoat of my sister ever since our mom passed 14 years ago.  I will not be her victim any more!  Just a rant!
