Taking a Personal Retreat. Any Suggestions?

Walking on Eggshells recommends taking a personal retreat. Does anyone have recommendations on what could be done during such a retreat? A workbook or something like that I can spend focused time on for 2-3 days.
Thank you!

I think my relationship with a pwBPD has only survived because I take personal 'breaks' initially I would fear doing it dreading what I might return to.
For me I periodically attend a retreat centred on guided 'mindfulness' and self-compassion - I find it a great way to recharge my batteries and reset my thinking. I think anything that engages 'you' and allows you to focus on yourself is good.

! Mindfulness can really help us stay centered.
What kind of activities do you enjoy or would you like to try out?
I don't really take many retreats, but I do find the time to do little things I enjoy. I try to get together with girlfriends at least once per month. Sometimes I paint or do photography. I go clothes shopping or get a mani or pedi.
