Hi . My partner of 10 years is pushing me away . After being diagnosed last year with major depression and BPD she temp moved out at the start of Jan this year . We are having minimal contact atm . We have started couples counselling . She cannot give me a time of when she is moving back home . This is making me very sad . I did not cause this but I’m the one that she is pushing away the most

Hi Gabyg105 and welcome. I'm sorry to hear about your separation. It looks like I very well may soon be separating from my partner of 10 years as well so I can fully understand your sadness. You will find support here to get you through this time.

Are you comfortable to share some of the details of what led to the separation / pushing away? Did the BPD diagnosis have a direct impact on your partner's decision?

All the best,
~ROE

Welcome Welcome,

I"m sorry that you are going through a separation. Has this ever happened before?
