My wife which is suspect my have BPD see a therapist for bi polar and depression.  And I don't think she talks to them about the things that might lead him to suspect that she may have BPD.  Should I contact him and discuss?

Hi Alan B and welcome!

How long has your wife been seeing a therapist and do you know them? From what I've heard it can go two ways: if the therapist has knowledge of BPD they can observe it themselves and potentially alert the partner, or, like you've said, the pwBPD (person with BPD) talks around things that might lead to diagnosis.

Would you mind sharing a bit about what makes you think your wife has BPD?
