Scary and lonely

I asked for her phone at 11 on a school night. However I made the huge blunder of allowing my other child to keep her phone in the charger in her own room. Screaming and yelling. Punching the walls. Cutting in front of me. Attacking her sister. Hitting me with the door so hard I was knocked down and injured. The younger child is terrified. My undiagnosed NPD dh said. ‘Well you handled that well’. 2 of my children are taking important exams so I’m putting off a divorce until they are over. There has been no connection for years. It’s all so hard and complicated. I’m still colluding in the charade of seeming normality. Just paid for a mum and daughter trip for my three girls and my daughter with BPD said she isn’t coming. I swear to god, I was a loving nurturing present parent.

Hi Dogdays
You are a loving and nurturing parent, everyone gets that here, together we are, you are not alone.
Are you and the children safe now, is there calm in your home? You say you were injured and a sister attacked, the children are terrified.
Do you have a friend that can come over, spend time to diffuse the situation with you, help you?
Can you let us know how you are,?
We are here for you.

Hi Dogdays
Im sorry to hear what you are going through. There is definitely a lot going on for you right now.
Are you able to step back a litrle out of the drama. With your husband there, there may be an opportunity for you to get away, even for a day.
Do you have a therapist? Personality disorders can ne very difficult to navigate and some peofessional help could be invaluable in helping you to problem solve. I know how hard it can be when you are in the thick of it.
Pleaae kewp coming and let us know jow you are going. Many patents here will support you .
