Where to find help in Southern California for adult child

Are there any good IOP programs/Therapists for adult children with BPD traits here in Southern California?

Our objective is to better understand the struggles our child faces and to learn the skills to improve our relationship and provide a supportive environment and also improve on our own emotional responses, attitudes and effectiveness as a family leaders

What is an IOP program? I know for a long time that people who had been diagnosed with BPD and were on welfare were receiving extensive DBT therapy in the state of California. Could you explain more about what you are looking for?
