Hello,
I am new to this forum.  My beautiful niece has suffered with depression, anxiety attacks, severe PTSD and we now wonder if she may have borderline personality disorder.  For the most part she hasn't had good experiences with medical doctors or psychiatrists.  We want to find a very good diagnostician so we can get her formally assessed and develop a treatment plan.
thank you!

Welcome SarahsAunt

So glad to have you here and asking questions. Can you possible share more? How old is she, what kind od behaviors are you seeing and dealing with? It sounds like she has seen some kind of professional before, what were the reasons for that? If she has seen a psychiatrist maybe start there, ask this person to recommend a therapist who specializes in BPD.
My D suffers those same issues too, I took her to see so many professional and nothing, everyone fell back to the PTSD. It wasn't until she was 30 that she finally got diagnosed. Keep checking out this page, there are so many good lessons here that will give you insight. Be persistent, it will pay off. She is blessed to have an aunt who loves her enough to care. Wish you well
