Have experience w/online therapy?

I am in a place with almost no mental health support systems.

My friends gifted me a TalkSpace trial but after one or two months, you have to keep that going. It had potential but I just couldn't fully engage in the time space and couldn't afford right now.

My sister just sent me a link to 7cups.com - my sister said it was a free version of Talkspace but I guess they charge as well. Does anyone know how it is different than Talkspace? In trying to find counseling support, how much different are they than a forum like this is it?
