Just wanted to give everyone a heads up with a flaw in the new iOS 12 iphone/ipad update. People who share apple ID accounts with other family members are having an issue with text messages sent from all people on the account being shared with everyone on the account, regardless of who's phone it is. So if a parent sends a text to their spouse and the kids are on the account, then the kid is getting the text message or email too.

This could cause a dysregulation if someone shares and account with their pwBPD.

Here's a little more info about the issue:

Thankfully my H and I do not share accounts or even have phones on the same carrier. Has anyone had a problem with this?

Hi Tattered Heart!  How are you?

Thank you for sharing this information.  I can see how this could cause significant problems.  I do not have an iPhone so it does not affect me but I did tell my brother and a couple of friends about it.

Thank you!
