Hi Cindyc

Welcome to the bpdfamily  Welcome new member (click to insert in post)

Im sorry that you are going through a difficult time.

You mention that your son is a young father and that you need some help. Are you able to share a little more of what is going on for you both.

You are in a great place with the bpdfamily. We are here to suppprt you through your journey.

I came here 10 months ago in crisis with my DD27 and have not looked back as I continue to learn from wonderful parents and move through the highs and lows of BPD.

The best bit of advice I received early on was to step back out of the drama and to look after myself, and not to take it personally. I also read Stop Walking on Egg shells by Randi Kreger. It validated my world.

I hope to hear from you soon.
