Not "officially" confirmed BPD but my daughter exibits every single criterion. Looking for support as it is tearing our family apart. What is the #1 resource I should start with?

Hello KaleMom, welcome, I’m sorry to hear of what brought you here. You are in the right place for help and support, lots of parents here will be able to relate to what you are going through.
I’m sorry to hear that you feel that this disorder is tearing your family apart, can you tell us a little more about what is happening right now?

Welcome I would say number one resource is this site. I have read many, many books but this site gives very valid, useful information, that worked very quickly to bring down escalation. I really like the short articles on validation and the drama triangle. Good luck to you!
