A little over a year ago I posted here that I thought my ex may have BPD or another disorder or a combination because they had ghosted me. Approximately a month after posting, I wrote her a letter, we met and reconciled. Shortly after reconciling, the cycle started over again and of course I stayed faithful to the relationship through a turbulent year until she blew up again and cut all contact. It has now been two months since she cut me out or discarded me and as always I'm to blame for the discard. It appears that the least little things set her off, even when I'm walking on eggshells to prevent and she perceives or looks for wrongs even when there's nothing wrong. I am still reeling over it all because I do love her deeply. I guess I am trying to figure out if she is actually BPD, or a combination of that with narcistic tendencies. With that being said, would anyone care to elaborate on their experiences with significant loved one or former ex, for example things they did, ways they acted, phrases they said; etc.

Welcome

Take a look at this article, "I think it's Borderline Personality Disorder, but how can I know?".

Can you tell us what issues in the relationship were the most difficult for you?  It's probable that other members will have had similar experiences, and we can start a conversation from there.

What are the three wrongs that set her off?
