I need help!  I am afraid to post much as I do not know where to read rules yet.  This is my first post.  I have an adult daughter with BPD and she is out of control.  My husband and I feel like we are sinking and are very desperate.

Hi and welcome to the board!

I am glad you are reaching out for support.  We have a lot of parents who i am sure will be able to relate if not to all of your circumstances, at least some and definitely to feeling desperate.

We have posting and board guidelines here if you want to review them before posting:  https://bpdfamily.com/guidelines

Please post as you feel comfortable and in the meantime read, settle in and get comfortable.   We have a lot of articles tacked to the top of this board that you may find helpful.

Hello Camp
I join Harri in welcoming you to the group. I am glad you reached out to us. Many here, myself included, know that sinking desperate feeling. We somehow manage to hold each other up. What else do you feel comfortable sharing? We are here for you.
