I am overwhelmed by teen and drama suffering with bpd.   Therapy and meds not helping.  Not sure how to help her. Losing my own mind now.  Any suggestions?

Hello Randall Welcome to the group. I am glad you found us. This is the right place to get help and support. I am sorry to hear that you are overwhelmed with teen BPD drama right now. We all know how that feels. The first step is making sure you are taking care of yourself. Coming here is good self care. Have you thought about therapy for yourself as well? Many of us find it helps. What else can you tell us about your teen? Anything you feel comfortable sharing is welcome. You are not alone.

I just joined the group last night. That is when it started for us too, when our daughter was 12 or 13. Not an easy road to travel and she's 25 now but we're still dealing with crisis after crisis. I'm hoping connecting with others in the same situation will help.
