Hello!

First time here and I need a hand how to convince my daughter to have a official diagnose with a psychiatrist.
She refuse to take any kind of medication, she is obsess with natural treatments, teas, oils, use just organic products and think she knows everything...
she lives with her boyfriend since 2015 in unstable relationship.
They have two big dogs together< he works and we afford her.
Stop College in the beginning and do not work.

Hello Tinha
Welcome to the group. I am glad you found us. It is hard to be the parent of someone who has BPD or BPD symptoms. Unfortunately there is not much you can do to force an adult child into treatment. It has to come from them. What does your daughter do that makes you think she needs to see a psychiatrist? Why do you suppose she does not want to do that?
