Finding help for son and family

Hi there,
I'm not sure my child has BPD but has traits, as I have had. I've done DBT training and think it would benefit him but the locations near us for DBT are prohibitively expensive. Can our family learn the skills together, online or using a workbook?

Looking for ideas!

Our objective is to better understand the struggles our child faces and to learn the skills to improve our relationship and provide a supportive environment and also improve on our own emotional responses, attitudes and effectiveness as a family leaders
