Support Needed

I had no idea. I have wracked my brain for the 20+ years that I have been married to try to understand what the hell is happening in my relationship. I really don't know from one day to the next if I am trying to save this marriage or on my way out the door. I have used the phrase more than once...this is "crazy-making."  It has caused me all kinds of psychological and emotional damage. I am just trying to save me at this point. I sure hope this is a place of refuge and support because I surely need it.

I’m sorry for the delay in responding but I can assure you you have come to the right place.

We definitely “get it” here. I know very well the push/pull, the swinging between poles, the never knowing whether you’ll be wonderful or a beast in their eyes.

When you feel like it, I hope you’ll share a bit more about your situation. What sorts of behaviors are causing problems for you?
