my daughter is 42 and living on the street. She has been living this way for months. I'm the only family member who will send her money etc. She has also been using meth. My health is suffering from the stress.

Hello!
You are having a hard time, for sure! The first thing to try to fix must be the housing situation. I don't know the rules and opportunities in your country/city?

I really feel for you in this situation. I have had this experience - and many others with bpd and ice addicted dd who is currently at home with me. She has been using for several years and the effect is horrific: teeth rotting, sores on face and so thin. I found it good to come to this site just to know that others were going through the same thing. I hope this helps you too. Ultimately it is beyond my control, what the outcome of all this will be. Each morning I wake up with a dreadful feeling in my stomach. I have found that I just try to get through each day and I am starting now - after a long time - not to look too far ahead. So each day I just say 'I will do this now', then I will do that. And so another day passes. I try to connect to others when I can and do things that put my mind in another place - but it is so very hard. You are in my thoughts today - and I reckon lots of other days too!
