Hi?
« on: August 30, 2020, 11:55:08 PM »

I have borderline personality disorder. I feel like a manage ok. But that entails loneliness. I say to people that I’m alone, not lonely. Which is the truth most days.
How are others managing? Do you need pointers? How are you managing?

Hi Helmand,
Thanks for writing in.
I encourage you to check out this weblink on this forum https://bpdfamily.com/message_board/Themes/default/welcome3.html

This site you originally contacted  is for family members and relationship partners of BPD sufferers. This is where we learn to support our loved ones, and where we learn to take care of ourselves. Because of this, we do not have the resources to help individuals with BPD, but  through the  link i provided, you will find other  links to more appropriate forums, where you will find others like yourself who were brave enough to have taken positive steps towards healing.
Good luck on your journey toward understanding and recovery .
