I have bpd and feel so alone
No one ever understands me they say I blame my disorder they dont realize without having guidance episodes are rough and I do things without meaning to is something wrong with me

Our objective is to better understand the struggles our child faces and to learn the skills to improve our relationship and provide a supportive environment and also improve on our own emotional responses, attitudes and effectiveness as a family leaders
