Our objective is to better understand the struggles our child faces and to learn the skills to improve our relationship and provide a supportive environment and also improve on our own emotional responses, attitudes and effectiveness as a family leaders

Hi LolaBella and welcome

"Stop Walking on Eggshells" was one of my first reads.  It was published in 2010 and I read it in 2016.  I was shocked to find that this website was still in existence...and here it still is in 2020!

You say you are looking for support...well it is here.   

Of course, all our stories are different but there are similarities.  No matter what it is you feel like sharing, someone in this community will be nodding their head.

I urge you to share more or your story...as much or as little with which you feel comfortable.  Take the time to explore what is offered on this website...just a click away to even more information.

This is a difficult journey we are on with these troubled love-ones who share our lives.  We so want to help them but it is important to know that WE are just as important as they are.
