Need help improving my self esteem after years of mind games and verbal abuse.  I just want education and guidance to build my self esteem back up and emotionally detach.

Welcome. It can be quite hard to keep a high self-esteem when involved with someone who has abusive behaviours. Do you want to tell us a bit more about your situation? You are currently with someone who has BPD? How has your relationship affected your self-esteem?
