I am so lost, I could really use some help.

My ex-girlfriend broke up with me 2 weeks ago and blocked me everywhere. Plans of getting married, children, moving to a different country etc etc and now it's suddenly gone in a day. A day before we were talking about her trip to my city during Valentine's (ldr) and the next day she breaks up with me and blocks me everywhere. She lied to me about basically everything, she went out for coffee with ex and lied to me for 2 months that it was her female classmate. We met at our uni 3 years ago and we went out but I just couldn't deal with her crying and emotional outbreaks any longer so I stopped texting after a while. Things started again during the lockdown but I am in a different country atm. The connection (or so I thought) was unreal and I thought she was my soulmate. I just wanna know does she have no feelings for me anymore like how can you stop un-loving the person you saw a future with? I guess she doesn't even think about me anymore because I tried reaching out but she never responded. Plus I am here if she wanted to talk but it's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard a peep. While she goes out with her family and has fun, I am stuck alone in a foreign country with lockdown I hope she gets some help because she really needs it. I was always there for her but I guess nothing would ever be enough. I do care, still! but I wish I never got into this in the first place. I can't really eat, I wake up in the middle of the night, I can't focus on anything I just feel lost. I do love her and I wanna reach out but the pandemic, lockdown and the fact we're in different countries means she's gone forever

You’re assuming she’s gone forever after two weeks of not contacting you? Do you think it’s possible she got back together with her ex?

If you really want her in your life, take this time to better yourself in some way. Do something you’d enjoy that’s possible during the pandemic. Maybe take an online class, do some writing, art, workout, go for walks—something that makes you feel good.

What you don’t want is to be needy and communicate that to her. Let a couple of weeks pass, or if you’re impatient, just contact her at the beginning of the year and wish her a happy 2021.

You never know how things might work out.
