Hey there friend... could you say a little bit more?  There's not so much to go one here.

The first thing that I will say in response to your question about "faster recovery" is that recovery takes the time that it takes. There are things that we can do to promote healing, but it's really important to get your head around that healing takes it's own course and takes the time that it takes.

Hope that helps.

Write back.

Eemeli, I will second Rev here and say you need to give us more info and background to work with. First, do not feel any shame or feel any embarrassment...share your story. It's ok. Next, again I will side with Rev here...there is no magic pill, or snapping of the fingers, or short cuts as far as the healing process.

If your goal is to heal and recover No Contact is smart. But make sure you stick to it and make sure you are doing it for yourself and not as punishment to the other party...if that is in your mind that will just lead to toxic consequences.

Feel free to open here...we get it. We understand. No judgment here. Get it out and let go.

Cheers and best wishes!
