First time posting/on this site. Surprisingly hard to find support for family members of those with BPD / bpd traits
Parent was diagnosed with this a long long time ago, personally I thought it was rubbish but now I’m in my mid twenties and it just makes so much sense. Having a clear reason/realisation doesn’t stop the hurt though.
I did read something helpful today - the three Cs
- I didn’t Cause it
- I can’t Cure it
- I can’t Control it

personally I really struggle with the top two
