It seems that I cannot avoid the drama of unregulated emotions, so to the dumpster fire that is my personal life, I’m bringing family - size marshmallows

Our objective is to better understand the struggles our child faces and to learn the skills to improve our relationship and provide a supportive environment and also improve on our own emotional responses, attitudes and effectiveness as a family leaders

Had to a little at that.

There have been soo many crazy situations caused by the kids' uBPD mom and uNPD stepdad over the years, that while many of them still get me riled up, some of them are now fodder for incredulous laughter. I'll see if I can find my "art show" thread for you. That was my "bring the marshmallows" moment.

Keep us posted on how you're doing and if you want to vent/laugh incredulously/complain/rise above/etc.
