Is anyone familiar with residential treatment centers for BPD? Our adult daughter (27) is unable to live a normal life - can’t (or won’t) work, wastes money, out of touch with reality and has spent time in the hospital after we had to call the police. She has uncontrollable rage and wants to live with us but we’ve already tried that and it didn’t work.

Hello - Check out McClean Hospital in MA.  They have an inpatient BPD program.

Take care and good luck!

Mclean Hospital is definitely the "gold standard" if she's formally diagnosed with BPD, they've been twenty years or so of leading the pack in residential care and research. Are you in the United States?
